I can tell you, it was the best decision I ever made. If you are like me and have never done a fitness class before and are intimidated by most of the gyms in the downtown core, its the perfect program to join. The instructors I have had, Aly and Lisa, are fantastic, very supportive, and everyone in the class makes you feel welcome right away. When I joined back in October, they were starting the 8 week transformation challenge, which really kick started my weight loss and put me on the path to success. I signed up for the Level 1 boot camp which is twice per week, and I added on the Friday class, Abs & Booty, which is a great, because a 3x per week program is what I was looking for. I started seeing results almost immediately. At my final weigh in, after my first 8 weeks, I had lost 15 lbs and 7% body fat! Needless to say, I was over the moon and more determined than ever to reach my goals. I have now completed my second 8 week Level 1 program and look forward to moving into Level 2. I highly recommend this boot camp for anyone looking to lose weight and get fit. Believe me, if I can do it, you can too.
