We enjoy each of our sessions with him. We always appreciate his patience and the fact that he is able to tailor his training to the individual. He creates effective strengthening and weight loss programs following our respective objectives. His pleasant and positive attitude and his willingness to help and to work with us at our own levels while pushing us to reach further make for a successful workout.
Brett is focused on us throughout the workout and he closely monitors posture and form. He has always been great at finding the right balance between keeping us challenged without ever making us wanting to quit.
Brett has always been willing to accommodate our schedule to the best of his availabilities when, due to work and other commitments, we have had to reschedule our sessions.
We would highly recommend Brett to anyone who is serious about improving their health, fitness level, strength, cardio and weight loss, and at the same time looking for a knowledgeable, fun to work with, dedicated trainer.
