My husband and I purchased everything in our home from this store in 2014. We went back into the store on Saturday 02/11/2017 and attempted to purchase a new set of furniture for our living room. We specifically asked if the furniture would be in by Saturday 02/18/2017 and we were told yes by CJ. So, we went ahead and ordered the furniture. The significance of the furniture needing to be here by 02/18/2017 is because we sold our furniture to someone else so we needed it by this date. They volunteered and told us the furniture would be in by Thursday 02/16/2017. On Friday 02/17/2017 I called the store to inquire about the status of the delivery. I was told the furniture was not in and they had no way of locating the furniture. I was never called and told this information. I had to call them myself. On the night of 02/17/2017 I was told by CJ that the store would allow us to borrow some of their showroom furniture until our furniture came in. He said that he needed to check with Tammy, who I am assuming is the owner. CJ said that he did not see her having an issue with her honoring what he told me. CJ informed me that he would reach back out to me know Saturday Morning 02/18/2017 by 10 AM. So, I called the couple we were selling the furniture to on Friday night and told them they could pick the furniture up from our home on Saturday morning 02/18/2017 because they were going to loan us the showroom furniture so we would be fine. CJ did honor his request and he contacted me this morning and little after 10 AM. Only to tell me that Tammy did not honor his request so we would not have any furniture delivered today. He did offer me an option to come by the store and get a barstool or lamp to apologize for this miscommunication. So, I guess my husband and I are expected to sit on a lamp or barstool in our living room. I currently have NO furniture in my home. They make promises they could not keep. If they were honest from the beginning we would not have an would have never happened if Frank was still in charge. This store is a complete joke and they will not be in business much longer! Take your money elsewhere
