Bought 3/25- my husband called Wednesday April 12th they said it was there but they had to set up a time for delivery. We called back Thursday and was told they could not deliver then but would call after 3pm for delivery on Friday. So we waited all day Friday. No call, no bed. We called again Saturday and was told our bed was not even there!! Monday I called to cancel the order. James said can I call you right back. I said sure! HE never called! I called back that evening. He conveniently had just left. I left a message for him to call me the next day. No contacted credit card co. to cancel order. They said to contact owner once more and if not resolved to file a dispute. I actually went to the store this time and spoke with Brian. He was very polite but had no clue as to what was going on. He also told me the bed was not there. 27 days later they call multiple times to set up delivery. After speaking to James and called him out on not returning our calls he was very rude and came across as very childish. He threatened to throw the bed in the yard in the rain. I would have cancelled however the paper my husband signed said up to 21 business days of course this was never relayed at the time he was giving us his sale pitch and this was business day 20. Had we had open communication maybe this would not have come to a head like this... ridiculous. Never again will I deal with these people.... I hope you dont either! Always go with your gut! I should have known when James told us his brother in law was an idiot for info he had given us previously that he was shady. He even told his wife when she arrived as we were finishing up that her brother was an idiot.... ridiculous. She just sat there like what do I say with these customers standing here....
