If you have to use them, may well consider record each conversation and ask all communication to be done on paper. Also be mindful what the agents told you when showing you the rooms---my suggestion is to ignore whatever good words they said. In short, if you really have to use them, please ask everything to be in paper form and dont be deceived by the superficial friendliness and smile. Of course, better not go there if you could....
