My only complaint is the same one that most people seem to have. I signed up for 2 years and moved to a different state about a year and a half into my membership. For the past 3 months I have been trying to cancel my membership. I filled out the forms, I sent proof of new residency but I keep getting charged.
My advice, if youre going to sign up for 2 years to get the lower rate, make sure youre not going anywhere for 2 years, because cancelling is a pain.
