Although Pine Orchard didnt carry it, Nate said he would check and give me a call on Monday. Sure enough, today being Monday, Nate called me and said he would give me a call later this week when they acquired the wine. Now THAT is customer service, the type that makes me a loyal retailers customer. Although I expected the retail price to be much lower than the restaurant price, I was so happy to learn from Nate that their price to me would be 75% less!
