I generally go for the swimming and the pool is the perfect temperature, not too warm or cold 29 degrees I believe. If you have a membership theres a swimtag facility that allows you to monitor the distance you swim with the addition of the calories you burn. Good addition to the community. The main point will be how well the facilities will be maintained, but so far so good.
