We were going to book online but my friend said we would ring up to double check if the treatments we wanted would be available for this day. The woman we spoke to on the phone said yes these treatments are available and booked them in for 12 which we thought great. So we asked if we needed to pay over the phone now and she was very clear on saying no you can just pay on the day you come. The woman asked for a name so my friend gave her name. The woman said that everything had been booked and sorted and would look forward to seeing us. When we arrived we said to the woman on reception that we had a booking and treatments for 12 she looked on the system and asked for the name. She then went on to say that there was no booking under that name, we explained what the woman on the phone Said and showed proof of when we had rang up and what date. She said she couldnt book us in at all today as everything was fully booked all day. Another woman came over and said we could use the facilities still for free if we wanted too so we said yes. Used the jacuzzi and when we got out I was very itchy and looked at my back and had a big rash. I am not happy with our experience at all!
