#gym #health #point_of_interest #establishment Me and my better half have been training with Tom for some months now, and we really enjoyed it a lot. Tom focuses on Deadlift, Benchpress and Squats, and recommends a good range of support exercises around these three core skills. He drives us hard, but never too hard and his corrections of posture and technique made the sessions feel very safe. His gym is small, but awesome. He also varies his warm-up period quite often to make it more interesting; if you want, you can even warm up flipping huge tyres. :P Great times : One suggestion: Do it with a partner, or friend! The gym is perfect to accomodate 2 people, even with different training goals!
