Maintenance is quick to get things repaired. Simon, Thomas and Oscar are awesome! They are very professional and very polite. Fixed my problems in my apartment quickly! A few things on hold, waiting for parts to come in. But I know when the parts arrive, it will be taking care of. This is a safe place to live, which is very important to me. Love the landscaping here also.
