There is a great mix of classes to suit everyone and all abilities. Sometimes it feels like I am getting PT rather than group classes so it is very good value for money! Everyone at Emspired is very friendly and supportive in group. Emma has plenty of equipment to keep everyone happy with an excellent range of weights.
