I ordered this awesome pin from their online store. They shipped it out to my address, but something went wrong with the tracking info. When I discovered that my shipment wasnt moving. I brought it to the stores attention. They ensured me that I would receive my order. After waiting 3-4 days and no new info was updated on the tracking details. I contacted customer service again. They told me that I would have to wait for them to put a package lost ticket into USPS and it will take 5-8 days for them to reply. once they report within that time frame then the customer rep told me they will have to fill out their own lost item dispute which takes up to another 7 days. Then and only then I would be issued a refund which after those 7 days will take up to 3-5 business day to see it on my form of payment. I know this wasnt the company fault for the package not reaching me. The thing that bother me most was how their policies and procedures that prolonged this refund process is frustrating and need reform. No one should have to wait 3-4 weeks just to get a refund or for a new order be sent out. I will not be shopping here for my pins if I can find it else where.
